These Terms of Service (the "Terms", together with the licence they grant, the "Agreement" or "EULA") govern your access to and use of Approvals (the "App"), a marketplace application for monday.com provided by GetCompliant (RVDH Interim Management B.V.) ("we", "us", "Provider"). By installing or using the App, you ("you", the "Customer") agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the App for your internal business purposes within your monday.com Account, for the duration of your installation. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
The App lets you request, approve, reject, and audit sign-offs on monday.com board items, mirror outcomes into the item's Updates, and notify approvers. Features available to you depend on your Subscription, as described on our pricing overview and enforced from monday's signed subscription information.
You must have a valid monday.com account and comply with monday.com's terms. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of your users and for maintaining the confidentiality and appropriate use of your Account.

The App runs on and integrates with monday.com. Your use of monday.com is governed by monday.com's own agreements. We are not responsible for the monday.com platform, its availability, or changes to its APIs, and we may need to modify the App to remain compatible with it.
The App and all related intellectual property rights are and remain owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You retain all rights to your own data submitted to or created within the App.
Our processing of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. In short: we store the minimum needed to run the workflow, encrypt OAuth tokens at rest, and delete all your data when you uninstall the App.
We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law (including liability for intent or gross negligence).
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against any third-party claims and related costs arising from your unlawful use of the App or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date; your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands for the district in which the Provider is established. Mandatory consumer-protection rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
